Land & Leave

Land & Leave sold as an arrival product: the passenger pre-books, the bag is collected from the arrival handler under custody, allocated to a provider on performance, delivered to the address within the promised window and proven. Fee, cost and share are closed on the order.

The passenger lands and leaves; the bag follows to the hotel or home

Your passenger lands and walks out without waiting at the belt. Our network takes the bag from arrival to their hotel or home, with proof. HalaBag is your technology for selling it, allocating it, tracking it and invoicing it.

How it works with your airline

Where the case starts, where HalaBag sits, and what your team sees.

  1. Passenger pre-books arrival delivery1
  2. Order into HalaBag, linked to the flight2
  3. Handler hand-off at arrival, custody confirmed3
  4. Provider allocated on performance4
  5. Passenger sees ETA and window5
  6. Delivered with photo and signature6
  7. SLA measured, order settled7

The problem

Arrival delivery is the most-requested baggage add-on and the hardest to run: it crosses the handler, a licensed provider and the passenger's address, on a promise the airline is judged by. Without a platform it is a courier arrangement nobody measures.

How it works

  1. 1

    Book against the flight

The order is linked to the arrival flight and the bag tag; changes to the flight update the order.

  2. 2

    Custody at arrival

The arrival handler hands the bag to the allocated provider with a confirmed, evidenced hand-off.

  3. 3

    Deliver and prove

Delivery within the promised window, proven with photo and signature; exceptions escalate before the window closes.

  4. 4

    Settle

Passenger fee, provider cost and airline share closed on the order.
